He's clearly standing in a ditch while his film crew is standing in mere inches of water
. What other purpose would that serve except to mislead people?
The last photo is of a reporter bent over and struggling against the wind
while two teenage boys casually walk past him, unaffected by the "wind." Another example, indicating this is a widespread practice. Sorry if your sacred cow is one of them. You're welcome to post the video to defend him, it should be a really good joke!
