Re: The New Joke Thread

My wife fell in love with me again during covid-19 crisis.

I guess you could call it stuck-home syndrome.

And now for a ocean themed pun...

What should you do if you are addicted to sea weed?

Sea kelp.

Re: The New Joke Thread

My wife left me because of my constant zodiac puns.

It finally Taurus apart.

Re: The New Joke Thread

The pic of the rum and coke drink reminds me of this Bahamian lobster diver I knew....
I don't think the man weighed 100 lbs and by noon would be completely hammered, rum and coke was his beverage of choice, he could barely stand on his feet, and then he'd want to go lobster diving with us.
Once in the water, he became like a fish, he could go straight down 30' and disappear into some hole and disappear for what seemed like hours, and he was a heavy smoker in addition to his rum drinking prowess, but he would re-appear with a dozen big lobsters in his hand.
The rum made him fearless. Sharks....no problem...he would just swat them away.
Made me into a believer. Rum and coke became my beverage of choice too, didn't quite amp it up to the shark swatting away trick, but my lobstering gathering account certainly increased and I had more fun.

Ok, it's not a joke, but it was quite hilarious at the time.

Swatting sharks away? Who cares about that? Its nothing compared to if you're the diver producing the specimen in #11298...... [emoji16]

Re: The New Joke Thread

the hilarious part was that this Bahamian diver would surface with his haul of lobster, but couldn't remember which dinghy he was on...couldn't remember his own name even....couldn't remember the names of the people he was diving with..climbing back on the dink was an exercise in futility for him....but in the water, he was a different person..
