I did not see any inside pictures. Open decks are cool for South Florida and Bahamas

They are in the ad. It's also on Sailboat Listings.

Love the simple galley up configuration although the starting procedure looks a little complicated.

Richard Woods boats perform well and are simple and relatively inexpensive to maintain.

Could’ve been a lovely boat but what a horrible bridgedeck roof design. And that mast looks toast as well.

Yet another project where the owner’s passed away and the kids are offloading what’s left, without realising how much it’s degraded over time. Shame really.

I’m sure the roof could be removed but then you would have to deal with the cabin top that’s been cutout on both sides, that to me is the biggest problem.

Prout 45 $25K

A 1997 Prout 45 for only $25,000? I wonder if they left out a 0.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects

This looks like a heckuva lot of boat for the price.
Does anyone have any experience with this model?

Oh wow! That’s a bargain if it’s not rotten. Great BDC and looks a well sorted boat. I imagine the galley down would put some folks off but for the price, I’d be shocked if that hadn’t already sold.

If I could get on a flight relatively easily right now, I’d be going for a look.
