I just text'd the guy. He's asking $19K. for it. Not a bad price. These boats are notorious for leaky/rotten decks and cabins.

I feel your pain. I almost had a coronary when I saw the prices for slips down there. I take it you're in a 30ft. slip?

I talked to someone a week or so ago that has their Union 36 (45' overall) that is in a 1/2 commercial harbor and 1/2 recreational harbor that pays $1600 a year in Oregon. That works out to about $134 a month.

What ever turns ones crank. It's quite beautiful were it is. In a quiet quaint seaside town where people sit on the porch and watch the grass grow. Where liveaboards live peacefully without being under the watchful eye of the "Harbor Police".
