Bought a Boat !
The deal on the boat I was initially going to buy fell through (31' Bombay Clipper). I found another Bombay Clipper in Virginia and went and had a look. After deciding that I liked the boat I hired a local surveyor. The survey went fine and I have purchased the boat! She is a beauty and although she needs some updating she is in good overall condition. The New (not rebuilt) Yanmar has 65 hours on it! I am thrilled and cant wait for spring! My first real sailing adventure will be sailing the boat from her current home in Urbanna Virginia to her new home in New Jersey. Thanks to all who offered words of encouragement.

At the top of the page there is a tab for the galley. You can upload there and link them to your replies.
Or you can link to a web page links using the "Manage Attachments" button in the lower part of your replies.

Re: Bought a Boat !
Good for you! You reminded me of when I stepped abord my boat for the first time in 1995 as the owner. Just loved being on board and have not looked at another boat since. Hope you have the same feelings from here on too.
