Got my Endeavor 37 ketch the same way, for a little more money but a great buy. Also undergoing a full rebuild. Several year project and I'm lovin' it!!

As a practicing Buddhist and a future live-aboard cruiser (rebuilding 37' Endeavor ketch), I find the downsizing and letting go of "things" a perfect part of both life styles.

Tree Sisters got it right. I have used contact cement, the same stuff used to adhere "Formica" type finish material to plywood for kitchen countertops. It works GREAT on fiberglass to wood...

To extend this discussion a little, I have a Perkins 4 108 and would like an "off-engine" filter setup, with the filter mounted on a bulkhead wall, and hopefully some way to drain the old oil from...
