So one RoR problem is that you can't get on the road until your surgeon says so. I hope your recovery is smooth and goes quickly. Think of all the cleaning and maintenance your boat needs by now.

I a pretty sure that's a WIG, in which case she is treated like a power driven vessel generally. But also should have a flashing red all around light while operating. And must give way during flight operations to all other vessels.

Yep, WIG craft covered by COLREGS rule 18, section (f).
