Yes you have the correction location. I'd not noticed the chart calls it the East Basin

I entered the channel at R N "4" and proceeded on a mean course of 262 M

The conflict occurred on the north side of the channel between R N "10" and R N "12"

We are in Sunroad Marina on the Northest end of Harbor Island. The channel in question leads in from the anchorage in front of the USCG base on Harbor Drive.
