Downeaster 45
Taking a look at one in the morning. Anyone sailed one of these?

Not the 45 but I have sailed on the 38 a long time ago. Big and beamy with lots of headroom they needed a breeze to get going but sort of OK in 10- 15 knots. I walked through a 45 and at that time it felt huge but these days everything new is huge.
