Hey Jolly Rodger, I was reading your post regarding your move to NC. My wife and I have been thinking about that area for a while now. It looks like a great place to sail. We were thinking about trying to find a place in the Aurora area.

The only thing that concerns us is the Nutrien Phosphate Chemical Plant located on the Pamilco River. That place is massive. Since you have been in that area have you heard of any environmental or health concerns from the locals who live around there area? Thanks.
