If it’s a windows tablet PC then there is a small icon at the right of the Windows bar with a picture of a keyboard. Press than and an on-screen keyboard will appear.

If QGIS can read them then you can write them out as mbtiles, which OpenCpn can read.

If I have OpenCpn in dual window mode is there any way to lock the windows together so that if I pan or zoom in one it will happen in both?

Why don’t you just use the tidal gribs from marine.ie together with weather gribs of your choice with the normal weather routing plugin? I’ve done this and it appears to work. Just set both...

I’ve looked at the pictures you provided (Rick, see previous) but I can’t understand what the problem is, perhaps you could try and mark it. A better quality picture might also help.

I have seen similar, in my case it can be restarted by disabling the connection in settings and then re-enabling it.

This is an OpenPlotter issue but this is a forum for OpenCpn, a related but different piece of software. Have you tried asking in an OpenPlotter forum?

I have 5.8.4 running on two Windows machines. On one I can place a waypoint and drag it, on the other I can place it but can’t drag it. Is there a hidden setting somewhere?

No layers on either...
