5.8.4, can’t drag waypoint

I have 5.8.4 running on two Windows machines. On one I can place a waypoint and drag it, on the other I can place it but can’t drag it. Is there a hidden setting somewhere?

No layers on either machine.

Try
- right click over the WP. Select Properties. Now you could move the WP
- Options=>Ships=>Routes/Points. [ ] Lock Waypoints (..... ) Disable to unlock.

Thanks Hakan, that works perfectly on my home computer. I'll try it on the boat computer as soon as the wind drops and I can get out there.
