Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
What is the price? A title is an easy problem to solve assuming the original builder is complaint with the sale. If marina is selling to collect unpaid dockage could be a prob

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
The builder is deceased, marina owner also deceased, towed away by third party.
Price is in the thousands.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
Sounds a bit fishy unless 3rd party is towing company or he has a legit salvage claim and has advertised in newspapers as required by MD law (whatever their law is)
Any info on design?

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
Marina owner died without processing any paperwork, third party moved as a favor.
Wood boat uncompleted after 18 years in the water.
