Indeed. Last year I pulled out five air conditioners, the Onan genset, added solar to total 1200W, went for a smaller high efficient 12 V water maker and swapped to 1200Ah lithium batteries which shaved off 750kg. My C47 raised her transoms by 8 cm which are now fully out of the water. The over all average speed is higher with less hobby horsing. Light wind sailing improved also.
