This boat seems pretty promising, looks like it's been well taken care of.

That is the 3rd price drop in February. I think this is a motivated seller.
They'd have to pay me more than $24,500 to to take that one on . . .
Also, I've had two popyacht brokers refuse to show me a boat until I put a deposit down. It appears to depend on the popyacht broker you are dealing with.

Not sure if anybody's posted this one yet, but this one seems like a good find as well. Interested to hear thoughts!

Because some people only check this thread, and not the own classifieds of CF, here ya go

Ericsson 38, needs work, apparently sound engine, good interior. Its a project, but a reasonable one.

Congratulations! I've not seen one of those before. She has a unique look - will stand out in an anchorage for certain.
I found a little info on https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/fisher-30-ms, but not much. Anyway, enjoy!

I'll finally do an intro after March 11th, but as for boats less than 30k, I've got one. 1982 Cal 31, in impeccable shape, with a 6 inch thick 3 ring binder of every receipt, oil change, upgrade, etc.. from 1982 until today. $24,950. Universal diesel engine, new sails, new rigging, new prop, new transmission, A/C, heat, new fuel and water tanks, etc..ALL the expensive stuff to be redone as a boat ages has been done, No leaks, etc.. I'll be the 4th owner.

Really nice boat to get for that price. tough enough to fend off the critters you have there, the Orcas, Elephant seals and Walruses. Congrats!

That's a steal for a boat like this! Perfect to cruise the PNW, I'd say.

They are really cool boats. There was one in the anchorage in La Paz, Mx. The owner was an elderly gentleman that ran the morning VHF net. He was on a 31. They make larger versions also.
