I'm really not all that happy with a mainsail furler, nor reel winches on the mast. Nor a teak deck; perhaps we can see a few popped bungs?
Good things: Self-tailing primaries. Windlass.
Would it hurt the seller to add a better description? Is the stove gone, or what? What condition are the sails, canvas? Type and age of engine...

Also a 46. I've never seen either of them personally.

On Lake Michigan.
Day sailing, weekend racer-cruiser. Probably a good family boat for a racing enthusiast.

Re: Boats Less Than $30K Recent Noteworthy Finds
I have a boat that meets the less than $30K requirement for sale. Is it OK to post it on this thread?
Thanks.

Just this link on sailboat data.

Center cockpit with walk through to aft cabin.
From drawing seems a really nice 2 head layout.

Absolutely! That's what it's for. Although if it's your own boat, be prepared for questions.
Also, I guess if you are looking for something in particular why not ask? There are some useful voices on here - and the advice is free

Good points: New engine. Metal masts. Very clean.
This is a very small boat, but it seems extremely well cared for.
I've never seen someone cover their entire boat with Sunbrella before! Usually they use something lighter and cheaper.
The inside upholstery is vinyl, which wouldn't be my choice for comfort It's hard to see if the V-berth has cushions. Perhaps it's just used as storage.
I think this could be a good little coastal cruiser for a couple or a single-hander.
