What's the deal with Luperon, DR?
I hear so much negative stuff from cruisers in the Exumas about Luperon.

But the active Capitain reviews are mostly positive.

It ain't easy to skip headed SE. The FreeCruisersGuide 7.0 says go west around Haiti. Seriously?

Any and all advice appreciated.
