Phew, thanks to all for the interest. Unfortunately the sale has fallen through ( someone else got in ahead of me) As I am still in the market, I'll post a thread again if I decide to make a purchase. Thanks all ( including the smokers)

Duh, You being a smoker you obviously dont understand his preference. I have sailed with smokers and I will now not tolerate them. The smell wafts back into the boat and the deck is covered in ash. Not to mention the hacking cough in the morning. Respect the wish. Quals go without saying.

Personally...I DO NOT SMOKE!
However, you are the stating the requirements and feel the need to portray a person who has the desire for this because of other's health..
