vector charts for open CPN

Good evening, where is possible to download mediterranean sea vector charts for open CPN.
I tried raster chart but I wasn't satisfied.
I would like to use openCPN like a support to the raymarine plotter on the sailing boat and to plan navigation at home.

Agostino,

as an option for the Med you have right now Spain, France Med, and Croatia which covers a good part of the Adria in the oeSENC vector format
The chart sets are based (= transformed from original S-57 into the OpenCPN vector format) on the actual material the respective Hydrographical Offices are issuing
