Any idea why the zone time does not show up properly in OpenCpn tide graph?
On the east coast it shows well EST and EDT but not on the west coast and other places; ides PST and PST, same for Europe and others. I thing some files are missing.

any idea how to show the zone time for Newfoundland Z+03:30?
When puting 03:30 it shows 02:30(for standard time) when puttinf 04:30 it shows 03:30. It seems that the Z does not work properly. I am in the process of remaking the Newfoundland stations.

When do you expect to make a new Windows compile version so that we can have a look at the proposal? I have no means of compiling it.
