Dear all, I am toying around with weatherrouting currently (last version "1.12.0b" and are running into some problems on longer routes (Atlantic crossing) I tried to find the proper thread, where to discuss this but am not quite sure, so, can some kind soul please point me to the correct thread?

But I believe there is an error in the Climatology video regarding the wind rose. The video says the barbs reflect 5kts of wind per barb. But the pilot chart explanation says the barbs reflect the force on the Beaufort scale. So five barbs is Force 5 and not 25kts, right?

There is no error. The video gives the same description as in the actual plugin which is exactly what the display is. Each barb is 5 knots of wind.

The description you listed came from somewhere else. Should the plugin use beaufort scale instead?
