Hi, is it possible to save the file downloaded for UK Tides plugin? If I am crossing the North Sea from Norway I will download Tides for 7 days and I might not want all waypoints active for three days during passage. Only choise I see as it is today is to turn of wapoints and rutes, but I still want my rutes visible on such a trip.

My take is that it's not possible due to Admiralty restrictions.
I think the plugin uses a public web interface to "Easy Tide" Select Port - EasyTide - on-line tidal predictions from the UKHO.
Just copy and save the data you need.

The tides already built into OpenCPN is surely good enough for your trip.
Tidal predictions are never 100 % accurate for many reasons.
For fun I compared the tides for the noontime high in Aberdeen today 190320.

Easy Tide: 12:46 4.4m
OpenCPN: 12:49 4.39m

No difference at all for practical purposes.

When I install Draw Pi on Rpi Openplotter opencpn V5 it say newest version already installed and nothing show up in Plugin menu

The "newest version" is very old, mid 2017, and does not work with O5.
Obviously the PPA needs updating.
If you can do with an Ubuntu 18.04 amd64 package here you go...

We have a request for the oeSENC plug-in for "Ubuntu Artful Aardvark" - this is Ubuntu 17.10
Would need the pointer for the corresponding repository or version of the plug-in for this environment.

Why somebody runs an outdated Ubuntu (not LTS) is not the question asked...

Hubert...

Someone would have to install this outdated, unsupported version of Ubuntu and do the build, it is not available for builds on Launchpad anymore.

Or maybe a package for another release may work - Either the Bionic one, if not, the Xenial one. Either the person asking the question may try it herself, or someone has to install this outdated, unsupported version of Ubuntu and try it.

Why does someone use something with 6 months of support and ask other people to invest their effort to supporting it 18 moths later is kind of a mystery, of course...
