Blue Circle growing and decreasing??

I realice today that there is a blue circle decreasing and increasing with centre my position with a thick blue line.

do you know what is that??

Windows 11 Pro ARM64 ver 22H2 22621.2215
OCPN 5.8.4-0+1637c28
o-chart plugin 2.0.0.64
Deviation plugin 0.1.8.0
Watchdog plugin 2.4.70.0

I didn't notice before and I installed today latest deviation plugin.

this has happened in my Tablet, but for now I'm not able to reproduce it again.

I realize about it on the same date of my previous message after installing WD plugin and check some alarms, but for now I cannot see it again.

the circle started about two miles from my position with its center on it, and slowly decreasing the size until reach my position and again slowly growing, I could not record the screen, but I took the above attached picture.

I have started today OCPN in my tablet and happened again the same blue circle.

Pretty obviously coming from a plugin. OCPN core does nothing like this.

But which one? Disable plugins one-by-one to isolate.

Hi Dave,

I just realize that when WD alarm window active the circle is not present, but when I close the WD alarm window starts.

the latest installed has been Deviation and previous one WD.
I guess with WD alone I hadn't it.

I'll disable these last two, one by one and will check if this persists, of course it isn't a problem for me that circle, but at least I want to know what does means?

I cannot understand what happens in the tablet.

started disabling Deviation and no circle.
enable deviation and disabling WD, no circle.
enabling again both of then, no circle.
??????

is there a poltergeist in my tablet? otherwise, I don't know what to say.

Can you right click on it and select properties?

A tablet, yes, windows 11 Pro ARM64.

I've tried before what you said but I don't see anything neither hovering any message.

the issue is curious,

I've set two installations with windows 11 Pro x64, with the same plugins all of them and this blue circle is not shown or at least I'm not able to see it.

I've another two installations with windows 11 Pro ARM64, one the computer on board (ARM processor) and tablet (the one in cuestión)(processor SQ1 which is a tailored ARM for Microsoft). I haven't been able to see that circle in the boat's computer and only at home with my tablet, I haven't tried the tablet on board, but I'll check on the next days. both computers have also the same plugins installed.

I'll report if I'd found some extra information about it.

I also tested the tablet on board and as soon as I deactivate the WD plugin it disappear and when enable again it's shown the blue circle.
