Re: Precision Sails
Looks like Mads and Eva from Sail life have ordered new sails from Precision.

There’s nothing balanced to be had. It’s just a couple people asserting claims with no evidence. If there was some, then that would be great and I’d agree but with how some things were worded, you set yourself up for a libel case here.

Re: Precision Sails
I submitted a request for a quote on boxing day.... got a call yesterday from one of the staff to clarify a few details, got the quote 20 minutes later. I would say they are open for business.

Re: Precision Sails
I had a good experience getting a main and a genoa for my old boat. I even screwed up the genoa measurements, and they sent me a brand new one. For free. (I'm guessing the old one went to be resold as a second hand sail).
I'd definitely use them for white sails again, for a more technical sail like a code 0 I'd probably feel more comfy with a local sail loft (although precision is local to me as well) who make their sails inhouse and can come and measure my boat.

They ordered from Onesails in South Africa.

Yes I went back to double check that myself. Why would anyone post that disinformation without proof or taking 5 minutes to look it up. Sounds like they just want to be heard SMS? Disclosure My last two sails were from UK in Marina Del Rey. The price difference wasn't that great so I went with a local for more service I have spoken with Precision but never ordered from them. They were always professional the only complaint I might have is that I got numerous emails from them after the sent me a quote wanting to know if I was still interested.
