Description: Engine overheated at 1300 day before; by 1900 determined water pump was blown, and began tacking in dying winds towards Rousseau. By 0600 we decided to see if a 40 hp outboard could tow 46,000 lbs...it could! Wish we'd tried it 12 hours prior...
