Westerbeke 4-91 Injection Pump Leaking

Does anyone know where to get a new gasket for under the throttle body housing? I want to avoid having to make one with gasket sealer, etc

I think there was one in the seal kit

TAD for perkins engines, perkins diesel, perkins marine, perkins parts, perkins generators, perkins service

I ended up purchasing the previous o-ring kit that was linked in the thread for a Ford CAV pump, obviously that one is lacking the appropriate gasket for this application

If you know where there is one available online that would be greatly appreciated as well!

My 4.108 pump has developed a leak. Looks like it might be the throttle plate as there is no other area there that could leak short of injector feed pipes.

Is the o-ring just behind the throttle plate?. Remove the bolt and pull the plate off and that exposes the o-ring?

I think the 4-108 has a different governor/throttle than the 4-91, but you can compare pics posted earlier in this thread.

I have a 4.108M "new" model,it has the same FI pump as Sanibel Sailor's. You'll need to show a photo of your throttle body and point to where you believe the leak is,also there is no throttle "plate";possibly you mean the throttle "shaft" which ,internally, operates a metering valve which regulates the amount of fuel to the injectors thereby increasing/decreasing the power output of the engine .
