I grew up in the hotel/restaurant industry. Pubs are hard work and you need tolerance beyond belief where alcohol is concerned.

Restoring boats has a final reward.

*Ptaw *spit. That's a pure suck up answer, Weavy.

A nine-dart finish after two pints of amber at Tinners Arms is a final reward.

Atoll will remember that as he is opening his bottle of beer from the cockpit whist gazing out on a tropical vista..........

bilge pumps pipework, water tanks plumbing and cabin sole's glued down in both aft cabins.

vents ,deck fillers and bilge outfall all plumbed in in the cockpit lockers and deck.

integral, with water tight inspection hatches for cleaning.

the idea, not mine but prouts is that they provide a "double bottom" if the hull is holed in the keel area

I come from the school of everything is removable except for structure. I had leaned towards the South African school of thought of making the furniture part of the structure so as to eliminate flexing and thus creaking, but had never thought of glassing in water tanks. The reason for it is interesting.

Makes sense as strengthening also. This is one reason why Farrier, for one, has integrated furniture in his designs.

Found framing wasn't needed with foam glass, only bulkheads at major load points.

Stitch and glue does the same thing with ply boats, although I'd still want stringers and frames on a bigger boat, like this one.

not uncommon on many fiberglass boats to have integral keel tanks for diesel and water
