I would say that your breaker sizes appear to be normal to me.
Of course breakers protect the circuit, and are sized according to the capacity of the wiring, and not how much power a particular device pulls.

Having said that, I have a tendency when the circuit is a home run circuit to size the breaker according to load, the fridge for instance, I’d likely go smaller with the breaker, assuming of course that you don’t have some kind of monster fridge that is capable of pulling 15 amps.

I’m a fan of home run circuits, in my boat I added two panels to increase the number of DC circuits breakers by 11 in order for everything to be a home run.
