I’m not aware of any Airpax breaker recalls.

Blue Sea Systems issued a voluntary recall for it's “T-1" breakers sold in the period August 2001 and May 2003.
See the Blue Sea Systems T-1 Circuit Breakers Safety Recall USCG Recall Number 030062T at: uscgboating.org/recalls/recalls_detail.aspx?id=030062T

...the Blue Sea ones could be held 'On' and kept from tripping. I never heard of an Airpax recall. These were shipped from factory Nov, 2000, lot # 20001227
