Hello, your profile says that you live in Albany, GA? I do as well - looking to make some sailing connections there.

Hi, Chris from Temerity here. I started a thread regarding a problem I'm having with a new refrigeration system and asking for help. I didn't realize that it might damage Rich Boren's business, which, of course, was not my intent. He called me and asked that the post be deleted. He and I are working through the issues and I do NOT want this to be a black mark on his record. So, could you please delete my post ASAP? Thanks in advance, Chris Berry sv Temerity.

    Hi A64,
Thanks for following up again, and apologies if I didn't close the loop with you... I don't find the anything in the "conversation between..." box.
Anyway someone, maybe you, did provide the answer to how to post a new thread.
    With thanks and best wishes,
    Peter

    Hi,
I bought a second-hand Walder boom-break a year ago. I have not fitted it because of worries about where to put the turning blocks. I have a Westerly Konsort. I could purchase another two gene cars and use them as a turning blocks, but the pull is more upwards and could be more of a shock load that the rail is perhaps designed for. I could attach a block to the U-bold at the base of the lower shrouds, but again I was worried about a more sideways and shock load than it was intended for. The brake is also a bit of clutter under the boom when not in use. The result is that I have not fitted the boom brake. I am messaging you because I believe you are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about boom breaks. Thanks. Roger

Hi a64 pilot. I can’t find who the moderator is for this issue, so if it’s not you, could you pass it on please?
It would seem that someone has deleted my post about the seacock stoppers I placed yesterday. This is not a commercial enterprise as such, I only have 25 items anyway. I just thought CF members might like to know about this neat little device for changing seacock valves, while the boat is still in the water.
How can I do this now?

    Hi a64pilot,

I am not able to upload a jpg or pdf or word file. I am probably doing something wrong. Maybe a special trick. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Best Regards, Steve
