i think there is a nationality rule,it was introduced in the last cup that 70% (or so) of the crew on board must be from the host nation

Both happened here,only residents/citizens are allowed in with a compulsory 2 week quarantine.We've been in lockdown for 3.5 weeks,the government will make a decision on reducing the alert level...

when i had the same problem with the same motor it turned out to be the battery isolation switch,looked fine,no corrosion,changed it problem gone away!
