Hello from SWFL

Hello all. I just opened a mobile marine repair company in SWFL. I'm the only ABYC certified Master Technician in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area. I also offer Captain services and do deliveries.

Re: Hello from SWFL

Welcome to the forum. There is a section called "Vendor Spotlight" Perhaps you should advertise there.

Re: Hello from SWFL

Welcome, good luck with your business. I don't know about down there, but we always need more good marine mechanics here in Northern New England.

Maybe this shows my age, but when I saw "SWFL" I first thought of the old "personal ads" in the newspaper where one's marital status, race, gender and interests were abbreviated in the title of the ad.

Re: Hello from SWFL

Hello, Captain Adam, and welcome aboard! My boat is at Tarpon Point in Cape Coral and taken care of by Southwest Florida Yachts. They charter it out for me and do all the service. They happen to be looking for an experienced mechanic for the fleet of approx. 18 boats owned by guys like me. Look them up if you find yourself looking for work.
