Hello from Antigua!

Hi everyone,

My husband and I just bought our first sailing yacht after years of working on Superyachts.
We are very excited of starting this new chapter of travelling on our own time and speed.
Glad to meet you all and be part of this family.
Happy sail and good times!!

Loreto and Richard

Ah, the first of your two happiest moments. Congratulations on purchasing your first sailboat. What did you buy? What are your plans?

Re: Hello from Antigua!

We bought a Bavaria 45' and the plan is to cruise The Caribbean and Central America. Being there already but not at our own leisure. Now it is on our terms !!

I know that saying you are alluding to! I must say I don't agree with it at all.

Re: Hello from Antigua!

Welcome.

I would suggest updating your profile with your general location and your boat make & model or “Looking” in the "Boat" category. This info shows up under your UserName in every post in the web view. Many questions are boat and/or location dependent and having these tidbits under your UserName saves answering those questions repeatedly. If you need help setting up your profile then click on this link: https://www.cruisersforum.com/forums...ml#post3308797

If you need further help let me know, I would be happy to.
