What Flag Is this ?
Hi folks,
A cruiser has pulled up here with this flag.
It's got me!
I was gunna yell out accross the anchorage: "Ya mate! is that one of them Communist flags? You a COMMO?"
But I thought I would ask here first
(I hope he isnt a member lol)
I bet its one of those provinces of somwhere that thinks they can succeed and go it alone...

Looks like Chocolate Malted or Frappicino Mendicino - they used to be one country and their flags are very similar.

It's from Luxembourg - he probably owns the Canaries and the Azores outright. ( See here and scroll about half way down). Luxembourgers have the highest GDP per capita in the world.
Does he have a bigger yacht than you? Maybe you should siddle up to each other and compare length overall......... of your boats..... errr....

That is the flag of the United Scottish Uruguayan State (US US), but it has been cut on a bias - probably a splinter group. Paddle over and establish diplomatic relations. They probably get duty-free goods everywhere.

All Flags in Alphabetical Sequence - Flag Image Identifier
Not the Luxembourg national flag Could be a Barony or something.

Thats rediculous. How can Luxembourg have an ensign when it doesnt even have water?
Boats probably got wheels somewhere.
I'll go over and say 'Hi' as my Babylon Translator doesn't even have their language. I'll just smile and wave a lot. They will realise I come in peace.
Should I take beads and trinkets?

The sods don't need water - they probably own the finance paper on everyone's boat.

No. Swiss francs will be more acceptable.

Fishwife - It's the ensign flag for boats registered in Luxembourg not the national flag there was a rebel group back a few years ago that tried to make it the national flag since they thought their current flag looked too much like the Dutch flag but it was a no go.

Good Gravey Mark, what a silly question. Next you'll be asking how the Swiss ca have an Americas Cup Boat absent an ocean? Or how Jamaica can have a bobsled team absent snow?

You think that's crazy to have a flag for lux, I have several friends that have registered flags from the Vatican... Can anyone verify, if that's even possible?? I guess anything is possible if you throw enough money at it, I suppose...
