That's pretty contrary. Curious why this is a good choice? Northern Chesapeake is a easy fun summer with fresh water. Block island, long island, Nantucket the vineyard why south now? Forecast is for 80 degrees next weekend. why go south after wintering in Hampton?

Re: I Have Pulled the Trigger !
I've been waiting in North Myrtle Beach for my freezer compressor unit repair for about three weeks and this lay by time makes me quick to step out and look at any new boats coming into the marina. I saw a new one today that caught my eye. A very nice looking craft, but not one I recognized. I walked down the finger pier with hopes of some ID clue and saw the Hampton, Va home port. As I'm back at the bow the owner returns and I should have recognized "...pulled the trigger, Don" from his avatar. 'went back and read through this thread to recall our earlier exchanges. Don is right,- what a beautiful boat! 'just not one I've seen before.

She is a beautiful Aloha 34:

LWL 28’8″

I have fully investigated this boat, the previous owner, the brokerage, and the broker. I have no fear that this is an honest sale. It is dependent on a full survey and other contingencies and I will not have any fear going into this deal.

Tis a BEAUTY indeed.

Re: I Have Pulled the Trigger !
Hey Don, glad to hear from you. Even though I'm speaking strictly for myself, your story and journey have been an inspiration. I am certain I am not alone in this, however. Keep us in mind. Nothing more eerie than following a story for a year and having it suddenly end with no explanation. Best wishes.

Re: I Have Pulled the Trigger !
"Summertime, and the livin' is easy." Actually TOO easy. Just lazin' around Myrtle Beach, hitting the beach and all in all being retired. Not much to talk about. I need to get moving again and am looking for a hand to help me get from here to Jacksonville, depart 1 OCT approximately, dependent on weather.
