Whose burgee is it?

We found the attached burgee, supposedly from a Texas yacht club, but have not been able to identify it. Any ideas? We have already searched the usual place with no luck. The burgee manufacturer is long since out of business and left no trail we could find.

The photo may show the burgee upside down.

Thanks
