That's what you get for discovering something that shouldn't be there. All you had to do was keep your mouth shut but Nooooo! You had to take a picture. Now everyone will have to move on to the next port. All because a sea horse was blown 500 knots from where he really belongs. Thank you Mr camera man...
Just kidding  They'll get it figured out. They have to let people in the bay for safety sake at the very least. And do they really think dropping the hook for a day or two is really causing a problem?
