More likely a relay I would suspect. I bet it has an up and a down relay.
Hopefully they are the common 30 amp automotive relay.
If you find the relay box assuming there is one, you should be able to swap the relays and get it to come up.
It could also be like a
windlass relay, one proprietary box.
Sorry, but I am not familiar at all with
leopard, but it’s unlikely that the system doesn’t have relays, and they fail more often that the switch.
