How to put a sailboat on hard no keel

I have a Freedom 32 that lost its Keel and the salvage company is going to bring it to me. I need to know how to block the boat up on hard and not get in the way of the work that needs to de done. Any help and information and even sketches would help a lot. Thanks

If you have work you need to do before reattaching the keel then I would put the boat on the ground and chalk it up. When you are ready to attach the keel then you lift the boat onto the keel.

A cradle. like here https://marinaplanet.it/shipyard-equ...s-and-cradles/ What's important to have it high enough you can put the keel back on the cradle. You can make one without much costs but elbow grease and some search for scrap metal..

I prefer to lift the keel in this smal boat. You need to make a separate cradle for the keel and jack it up.. easy peasy..

So a regular cradle will hold ok with no keel. I am just use to the Keel holding the boat and the stands just holds laterally. I am thinking center stands front and back my be good to have ?

Might be good to have a bit larger plates against the hull to spread the load.

Whatever you do, make sure you put the support at the bulkheads. If you support between the bulkheads you will oilcan the hull.
Saw the results of a boat yard oilcan the hull of a nice 53' swan. Was not pretty and the boat was trashed.

1.Travel lift slings attached to a cradle to support hull.
Top brace to take compression load.
Standard props and brown owls to stop it swinging in the breeze.

2. Dig a trench and support the hull on truck tyres.
Horrible working conditions in the pit.
