Volvo MD22 Gear Box

We have a 1996 Beneteau with a volvo MD22 non sail drive.
Does anyone know the required oil level on the arco gearbox dipstick.
Has a line at the very bottom but nothing else (actual amount of oil required in the gearbox). Have information on everything on the boat but the gearbox

What brand and model is the gearbox? Never heard of an "Arco" brand transmission.

Hi Doug , it seems to be a hurth zf box made by Arco marine in Italy !

I have a TMD 22 on my beneteau. Hurth gear box, (sorry, can't remember the model number).
Takes 0.8 litres of Dexron II ATF.
The line on the dipstick is quite close to the bottom of the stick. To measure level, remove stick, wipe clean, drop stick back into the gear box but do not screw in, then remove and check level.
