Diesel leaks on Perkins 4.107

I have been reluctant to ask but I will have to tackle some diesel leaks on the Perkins 4.107. It appears there are/is a leak(s) from the bleeder and stall set screw area and possibly the throttle lever shaft and/or stall lever shaft. There may also be leaks from the from the oil cooler.

Any advice appreciated, video links, parts lists, parts suppliers, experience based anecdotes, etc.
