If the sails and rig are good, if the engine is good, it might be worth getting.

At first I wasn't even going to post this one, but then I figured that someone might be interested in contacting the owner and getting a little more info on it. At that price and if the interior is gutted, I wouldn't give them half of what they are asking.

I absolutely agree. Also, I am constantly surprised by the people who post a boat for sale with one, none or ancient photos. None of the present state of it. I've often seen this for people asking, for what to me, is a significant price of over $40K.
