Rigger or surveyor in south west Florida?

I wasn’t sure where else to post this. I’m in the northeast and the boat is in southwest Florida. I’ve already visited and need a second opinion. My major concern is the age of the rigging and a coolant leak that smells suspiciously of diesel. The boat is on the hard and there are mast steps. Any recommendations? Thanks!
