How to get tracks for open cpn

Hi I does anyone know where to download tracks? I've looked but I can't seem to find tracks on chart locker and other locations. I know it's possible to find but I'm lost at where, so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Tracks are drawn automatically in OpenCPN when the boat moves.

Possibly you mean routes?
People draw them themselves using the route manager.

Or do you mean predefined waypoints?

No Im after tracks that other boats have made so I can follow them. Where I am my chart isn't very accurate and I would just like to follow where others have gone

OpenCPN uses standard GPX files. So, tracks from any gps or chartplotter should work fine. Wherever people in the area you are in decide to share them, I have no idea. I don't think sharing tracks is very popular. Maybe if you share the areas you are interested in someone local to that area can chime in.

My suggestion for areas not charted well is to use SASplanet and make charts from satellite imagery. I hit a reef following a track that was "guaranteed" to be safe. So, I would never trust a track from someone I have never met.

Note that it is SASPlanet. Search this forum for some discussions on how to get started. In the south pacific, 100% you want the satellite imagery. It was Fiji where I hit the reef following someone else's track, before I knew how to do the satellite imagery.
