You are repeating yourself. I have posted, word for word their changes and stated why. They took out the premise that naturally acquired immunity to a disease can result in herd immunity and they have stated that herd immunity can only be achieved through vaccination. Since they are not a dictionary, they haven't changed the actual definition but they have certainly changed their definition.

They have also given the reason. All publicly stated, or are you ignoring that bit and just jumping on the sound bite that suits your argument?
