Raymarine Axiom+9 Swipe button

Hi
I have an Axiom+9 that was replaced under warranty by Raymarine 9 months ago for a faulty swipe/power button. That was in Australia and while a hassle it was relatively easy.
Now I'm in Indonesia and the same thing has happened again.
The plotter works fine still but the screen was in nightmare and dimmed when it stopped working and now I cant change it. There doesn't seem to be any other way in the menu's to change back to daylight mode or increase brightness.
I'm currently downloading the latest firmware but dont see anything in there that will change anything.
Anyone have an idea of what I could do?
Thanks

Re: Raymarine Axiom+9 Swipe button

Hi Vernon - just checked my Axiom+9. If you right-swipe the power emblem on the bottom, the day/night mode button appears on the bottom-right corner of the screen just above the power emblem; even if you can't see anything you should get lucky and be able to change the mode. The brightness control is a long bar that starts in the bottom left corner and swipes to the right. Perhaps you could find an online manual that shows this graphically.

Good luck!

Can you use the Raymarine app on your phone to get in and change settings?
