Where to get Ensign?

Asking the hive mind where to get a good quality British Ensign, the one that came with our boat has finally given up the ghost, tattered and faded. It was a good quality sewn type and I would like to replace it with another quality flag.

So where are you getting your flags from (I am based in the UK, boat is in Greece)

Cheers!

Sewn flags can be expensive. Maybe buy a printed one for everyday and a sewn one for special occasions.

Re: Where to get Ensign?

On a slightly different take, if you wind up buying your ensign and it was made in China, make sure the measurements are correct. If your length is twice the fly, don't be surprised if it is not twice the fly, and is shorter. All the Chinese ones I've seen for the USA flag (ours) are too short, and to me, they look funny, although others accept them. Just be sure and find out. It's disappointing when you order more than one, so as to have a spare. [Cheap ones last roughly 6 months, not even enough for a year's cruising. They last longer if you bring them in at night like you're supposed to, but illuminating them at night is an alternative for Yanks, don't know about England.]
