Sicily Yacht Charter - Warning

ZIZOO --- Incompetent booking process, resulting in boat available from wrong port. Also ended up paying the charter fee twice because of ZIZOO's incompetence in paying the boat owner (otherwise it would not have been released to us). AVOID

GAIS -- Boat had many faults not apparent at check in. Reported 14 items - all dismissed as "trivial" by the operator, GAIS, even though some were safety critical.
Their whole attitude was that everything wrong was our fault. Zero start review.

I should have checked here before we were ripped off by Zizoo the same way this year. We have yet to get our money back.
