Mantus s3 swivel, no shackle

I just received my s3 swivel, from Mantus' Canadian distributer, marinemart.ca, and it did not come with a shackle.

With the talk about the integrated shackle, and how it has a clever design, I expected it to come with the swivel.

Can anyone tell me if the shackle comes in the box with the swivel? Mine only had a swivel in it.

I wrote to Marinemart, and am awaiting a reply, but I'd like to hear from an actual purchaser, how it came in the box.

That roll on the right is a broken roll of teflon tape that came in the box. The box had definitely been opened previous to me getting it.

Perhaps this was a returned item or something. This company, the distributer in Canada, is crap to talk to. There is no contact number. I called an affiliate store that had it in stock, but they couldn't take my order. Then I get this one. There's only an email...and it takes a while...

I got a swivel and anchor about 6 months ago. My swivel did come complete with a shackle.

I bought my Mantus swivel directly from Mantus. They shipped it WITH the shackle.......AND the shackle pin.

I've written to Mantus, and Phillip has quickly sprung into action, and is sending me a Shackle to fit.

It's nice to see a company so responsive to their customer's needs.

Mantus is a fine example of how to satisfy customers! I wish all businesses were this way. I bought an anchor from them which I thought had a poor galvanized coating on the shank and so I called them. Greg answered the phone said "no problem" sent me a new one and simply asked that I send him the old one back once I received the new one. He paid for shipping both directions.
I could not be happier with my Mantus anchor, sets fast and holds.
