My boat is still for sale, and I am still doing small projects on it as time allows.
I am having a difficult time selling it due to its location in St Maarten, so I am thinking about finishing the last few things and taking it to the U.S.A to sell.

Hi Rourkeh , Just a few thoughts , I like your boat ,I am looking for a shoal draft , but not ready to buy right now . The first picture is horrible delete it , get one with sails billowing , also the ad says 1 double berth 1 head , correct me this has 2 right ? v berth and aft and 2 heads ? that may help your sail (pun) Cambridge or Solomon's
may also be good places to sell if you did not want Annapolis slip fees

I am not a big picture taker so I did not have any good shots of the boat in the water.. Agree the shot in the yard is bad.
The boat had two staterooms. One queen aft and the v - berth double in the bow.
There are two heads, both completely redone as the pictures show. One forward is standard with toilet and sink no shower. The second is aft and is a stand alone shower stall and cabinets for storage and water maker.

Oh, my mistake, for some reason I thought it sold. I'd be very interested, but yah I'm coming from southern Cali and it is a fully hassle. Currently very active on the market and ready to get back on the water..

captainfrancois when you go on this site in one day asking the exact same question to 25 people with boats for sale, and ask them to respond to an email address it looks very suspicious. So no I am not taking the time to put together more information for you.
